PART-TIME:The Dealership Greeter will be responsible for welcoming customers to the dealership and providing them with excellent customer service. The Dealership Greeter will assist customers with any questions they may have and direct them to the appropriate department or staff member. The Dealership Greeter will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized front entrance area. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a friendly and outgoing personality, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities of theDealership Greeter:
  • Greet customers promptly and enthusiastically upon arrival, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere
  • Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, addressing concerns, and offering assistance
  • Manage the waiting area by ensuring it is clean, organized, and comfortable for customers
  • Communicate effectively with service advisors and technicians to keep customers informed about wait times and service progress
  • Assist with check-in and checkout processes including gathering customer information, processing payments, and providing receipts
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures
