What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Manage and nurture relationships with strategic client groups and individual clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Grow Data Solutions revenue, client participation, and employee count within the technology sector
  • Provide data insights and trends to strengthen technology client groups and lead industry trends webinars and client events
  • Act as a subject matter expert, articulating value propositions and supporting sales efforts in partnership with the sales team
  • Provide proactive technology sector‑specific client relationship management and support end‑to‑end client needs
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • 10-15 years of consulting experience or as a Total Rewards Leader within the Technology Industry
  • Technical expertise in compensation/total rewards strategy, including job evaluation and compensation structure design
  • Strong business writing, presentation, and client relationship management skills
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities
  • Bachelor’s degree in related disciplines (Business, Finance, HR)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • MBA (or equivalent) and CCP (or equivalent) preferred
  • Awareness of competitor products and offerings
  • Up to date on broad HR issues within the industry and their relevance to potential clients
