What You'll Do

• Collaborate with our AI scientists, engineers, architects, and product teams to deliver new and improve existing solutions that streamline internal translation workflows, boost translation project managers’ productivity, and improve quality and efficiency of translation delivery overall.
• Work in the AI solution, executing prompt engineering, RAG pipelines, embeddings, vector stores, model orchestration, and integration with microservices/APIs across cloud and on‑premise.
• Assess new technology, tools, and infrastructure to evolve our highly used cloud‑based functionalities and services.
• Execute with an enterprise cloud mindset to ensure security, compliance, and the efficient deployment of AI applications.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s or master's degree in computer science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related field. Additional linguistic studies and/or language skills are beneficial.
• Experience in AI models' evaluation and evaluation of metrics.
• Proven programming skills in Python, and experience with AI frameworks.
• Experience with AI offerings on hyperscale platforms like Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Practical data analysis skills, with BI tools, dashboarding, and statistical evaluation.
• Ability to quickly acquire a thorough understanding of new technological areas.
• Full professional proficiency in English (both spoken and written).
• Understanding translation workflows is a plus.
