3-5 years of data analysis and reporting experience. Advanced experience writing and creating large-scale surveys (QuestionPro, Qualtrics), analyzing results / data, and developing actionable findings. Experience with Tableau for data visualization. Experience in writing detailed reports and presenting data findings / analysis.
Passion for video games / gaming in order to assist in writing and interpreting survey questions. Experience with SQL writing data queries. Snowflake or Data Bricks experience. Insight Global is hiring a Data Research Analyst to support the User Experience Research team at a leading company in the Gaming industry.
The main role of the Data Research Analyst will be to create, send, and analyze large-scale surveys intended to learn about the player base of the core gaming products.
Create surveys and trackers to support all products and initiatives. Design questions that do not bias respondents. Use best practice methodologies to produce actionable, accurate, and representative data.
These skills will be used to target audiences for survey sends, pull in additional analytics to identify respondents, and allow for advanced data visualizations.
