A global technology consultancy is seeking a Data Quality Lead / Project Manager to ensure robust data governance and quality across projects. The ideal candidate has over 5 years in data-centric leadership roles and demonstrates strong project management skills. This role involves leading teams, defining data quality KPIs, and engaging stakeholders to deliver impactful projects. Applicants should have experience with SQL and data platforms. Fluent English is required, and additional languages are a plus.

Your Role

As a Data Quality Lead / Project Manager, you will champion data governance initiatives, ensuring robust data quality, consistency, and compliance across projects. You will also lead projects, balancing timelines, scope, and stakeholder engagement with a deep understanding of data-centric architectures.

• Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive data quality strategy across teams and departments.
• Define, track, and report key data quality KPIs and proactively address anomalies.
• Work closely with data engineers, analysts, and product managers to identify root causes of quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Define and maintain data quality rules, validation processes, and cleansing routines.
• Oversee end-to-end project delivery, from requirements gathering and planning to execution and go-live.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business goals and timelines.
• Act as the main point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring transparent communication and risk management.
• Integrate best practices in Agile delivery and AI-assisted workflows (Gen-e2) in project execution.

Who You Are

• 5+ years in Data Quality, Data Governance, or similar data-centric leadership roles.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in data or technology-driven environments.
• Strong understanding of data quality dimensions (completeness, consistency, accuracy, timeliness).
• Proficient in data profiling tools, ETL pipelines, and quality frameworks (e.g., DQ rules, scorecards, anomaly detection).
• Experience working with SQL, Python, or data platforms (Snowflake, AWS, GCP, Azure, Talend, Informatica).
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
• Agile / Scrum experience; PMP or Prince2 certification is a plus.
• English fluency required; French or Spanish is a plus.
