Rabobank Gruppe is seeking a Data Management Analyst to help shape how data is managed, trusted and used across South America. You will join a regional team at the intersection of business, risk, compliance and technology, translating global standards into practical regional solutions.

You will collaborate with multiple business areas, address data challenges, and contribute to governance, data quality and processes to support reliable decision-making.

Qualifications

• Experience in data management, governance, quality, risk or compliance.
• Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint for analysis and reporting.
• Experience applying policies, standards, processes or controls in a business setting.
• Fluent English, written and spoken; Spanish is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Implement and continuously improve the Data Management Framework across South America.
• Work with diverse teams to embed Data Management practices in processes.
• Analyze implementation progress and data governance indicators; identify gaps and propose actions.
• Contribute to initiatives across Data Governance, Data Quality, Data Lineage and Data Controls.
• Assess new requirements and translate into actionable implementation steps.
• Prepare analyses, reports and presentations for governance forums and executives.
• Collaborate with global teams and participate in international forums.
• Propose improvements to simplify processes and strengthen controls.

You will work with different business areas, help address data challenges and contribute to initiatives that strengthen governance, improve data quality and support reliable decision-making.**Main responsibilities**:- Implement and continuously improve the Data Management Framework across South America, translating global standards into practical approaches that address regional needs and regulatory requirements.- Work with multiple and diverse teams to embed Data Management practices into processes, providing clear guidance on requirements, roles and responsibilities.- Analyse implementation progress, Data Management indicators and action plans, identifying gaps and recommending practical next steps.- Contribute to initiatives across Data Governance, Data Quality, Data Definitions, Data Lineage, Data Processes & Controls and Data Issue Management.- Assess new and evolving requirements with the team, helping translate them into implementation actions and improvements.- Prepare clear analyses, reports and presentations for executive committees and governance forums, highlighting progress, challenges and matters requiring attention.- Collaborate with global Data Management teams and participate in international forums to exchange knowledge, align initiatives and bring relevant practices to the region.- Propose and implement improvements that simplify processes, strengthen controls and increase efficiency.**Main requirements**:- Experience in Data Management, Data Governance, Data Quality, Risk, Compliance, Process Management or related fields.- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for analysis, reporting and communication.- Practical experience applying policies, standards, processes or controls in a business environment.- Fluent English, written and spoken, for regular collaboration with international teams.
