FullStack is seeking a Data Engineer (Python + AWS + DBT) to connect with U.S. clients on flexible, project-based development projects. You will join client teams and work alongside their designers and engineers daily to build robust data pipelines.

The role requires 4+ years in data engineering, advanced English, and a four-year degree. Ideal candidates have strong Python and SQL skills, experience with DBT, Airbyte, Docker, and CI/CD (GitHub Actions).

Qualificações

• 4+ years of professional experience in Data Engineering.
• Advanced English is required.
• Bachelor's degree or four-year college degree.
• Strong Python for data engineering, data processing, transformation and automation.
• Strong SQL with PostgreSQL and data modeling concepts.
• Hands-on experience with data pipelines and transformations using DBT.
• Experience with data integration and ingestion (Airbyte).
• Experience with AWS data stack (S3, Lambda, Step Functions).
• RESTful API development in production environments.
• CI/CD tooling like GitHub Actions and Docker in a modern stack.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum and large, complex systems.
• Desirable: healthcare data experience and strong collaboration skills.

Responsabilidades

• Integrate directly into our client's team and collaborate with designers and engineers daily.
• Develop and maintain data pipelines and transformation workflows using DBT and AWS data stack.

The Opportunity

• You will integrate directly into our client's team and work alongside their existing designers and engineers on a daily basis.

What We're Looking For

• 4+ years of professional experience in Data Engineering.


• Advanced English is required.


• Successful completion of a four-year college degree is required.


• Strong professional experience with Python for data engineering, data processing, transformation, and automation.


• Strong SQL experience, with hands-on experience working with PostgreSQL and data modeling concepts.


• Hands-on experience building and maintaining data pipelines and transformation workflows using DBT.


• Experience with data integration and ingestion, including hands-on experience with Airbyte.


• Experience working with the AWS data stack, particularly S3, Lambda, and Step Functions.


• Experience developing and integrating RESTful APIs in production environments.


• Hands-on experience with Docker, Linux CLI, and GitHub Actions for CI/CD.


• Experience working with healthcare or health-related data is strongly preferred.


• Ability to collaborate with technical and business stakeholders and translate data requirements into reliable, scalable solutions.


• Ability to work through new and difficult issues and contribute to libraries as needed.


• Ability to create and maintain continuous integration and delivery of applications.


• Forensic attention to detail.


• A positive mindset and a can-do attitude.


• Experience working on Agile/Scrum teams.


• Meaningful experience working on large, complex systems.
