This hands‑on role combines technical expertise in data analysis and automation tooling with a strong focus on generating business intelligence and optimizing organizational processes.
🔍 Key Responsibilities
Data Analytics & Business Insights
- Hands‑on role in building data models, analyzing large datasets, and translating insights into actionable recommendations for sales, operations, and customer analytics.
- Utilize the core tech stack to perform data modeling, performance tracking, data cleaning, and KPI definition.
- Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement based on data analysis and present findings as clear business intelligence.
Process Automation & Governance
- Drive the identification, design, and piloting of high‑value automation solutions and AI/agent use cases for client‑facing teams (Sales, Client Success).
- Participate in defining and maturing tools, standards, and governance for automation at scale in coordination with internal technical teams.
- Contribute to a unified intake and prioritization process for automation requests, using an impact‑scoring framework to align efforts with executive priorities.
- Provide technical build and business analysis capacity to accelerate the execution of the automation roadmap.
💡 Must-Have Skills
- Experience in a role focused on business process automation, data analysis, or similar technical consulting roles.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for data querying, transformation, and modeling.
- Proven hands‑on experience utilizing Snowflake or similar cloud data warehouses.
- Expertise in Data Warehousing concepts and handling large datasets.
- Strong scripting experience in Python or similar languages for data manipulation, automation, or task scripting.
- Experience defining and tracking KPIs and business performance metrics.
- Proven ability to work proactively and independently, with a curious and entrepreneurial mindset.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills with the ability to translate technical findings into business insights.
- Familiarity with intake, prioritization, and governance processes for tooling/automation requests.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Analytics, or a related field.

- Experience maintaining internal documentation and technical processes.
- Familiarity with internal search/knowledge tools (e.g., Glean).
- Experience collaborating with Sales, Client Success, and internal tooling teams (e.g., Salesforce).
- Experience with AI/Machine Learning concepts applied to business processes.
🌐 Location & Communication
- This role is 100% remote from LATAM.
- Collaboration is aligned to U.S. Eastern Time (ET) ±2. An overlap with client teams in the U.S. is required.
- All communication, documentation, and meetings are conducted in English.
