OSF Digital is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Architect to join our innovative team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Salesforce core, Salesforce Data 360 and Agenftorce and will be responsible for designing and implementing technical solutions that meet our clients' complex business requirements. This role demands a deep technical understanding, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.

What you will do:

• Design and architect scalable, robust, and secure Salesforce Sales/Service Cloud, Data 360 and Agentforce solutions that align with best practices and industry standards.
• Collaborate with functional architects, business analysts, and clients to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Lead the technical implementation of Salesforce core cloud Data 360) projects, including data modeling, data integration, and data governance.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams, ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality solutions.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and security guidelines.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring the stability and performance of the implemented solutions.
• Stay up to date with the latest Salesforce features, releases, and industry trends to continuously improve and innovate our solutions.

What you will bring:

• Proven experience as a Technical Architect or similar role, with a strong focus on Salesforce core.
• In-depth knowledge of Salesforce architecture, capabilities, and best practices including but not limited to Declarative/Programming automation, UI/UX Customization, Data 360 and Agentforce .
• Strong understanding of data management, data integration, and data governance principles.
• Proficiency in SQL, and experience with data/database development tools such as DBeaver, etc.).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to design and implement complex technical solutions.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Salesforce certifications related to Sales/Service Cloud, Data 360 and Agentforce are highly desirable.
• You have experience working in a consulting environment and managing multiple client engagements simultaneously.
• You possess additional Salesforce certifications (Architect) or from related MarTech clouds such as Marketing Cloud, Loyalty Cloud, etc.
• You have a strong understanding of other Salesforce products and how they integrate for creating a customer 360 UX.
• You have experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
