Telefónica data centers in São Paulo and Curitiba require a skilled network engineer to support B2B customers, manage tickets and assist with core/edge switch configurations.

You will interact with clients and vendors, prepare technical documentation, monitor networks with Cisco ISE and APIC, and participate in War Room drills during critical events.

Qualificações

• Degree certificate is required.
• CCNA certification is mandatory.
• Knowledge of Cisco and Cisco Nexus required.
• Knowledge of Linux required.
• ITIL knowledge is preferred.
• Experience with Dell and Brocade switches.
• Knowledge of FortiGate firewalls is needed.
• Desirable: Remedy ITSM experience, SolarWinds monitoring.
• Desirable: Public and Private Cloud knowledge.
• Conversational English and/or Spanish preferred.

• Interact with customers (internal and external) and third-party vendors to understand their needs.
• Configure, install and troubleshoot core and edge switches.
• Prepare project documentation and presentations for technical and commercial committees.
• Control network operations through checklists, active monitoring, and tools such as Cisco ISE and Cisco APIC.
• Participate in War Room activities during high-pressure situations.

Requirements

• Completed higher education (degree certificate)
