Jobtailor in Curitiba is seeking a data-driven BI Analyst to interface with analysts through directors, bridging Operations and Technology. You will map opportunities, design product evolution, and monitor projects while building optimized SQL and ETL processes for supply chain KPIs.

The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams, use of Looker/Tableau/DataPrep, and supporting about 40 users with dashboards and metrics.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree (completed).
• Experience with multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with business areas, users and stakeholders.
• Experience organizing requests, managing scope, and strong logical reasoning.
• Knowledge of SQL, ETL processes, and designing data transformation solutions and data requirements for business solutions.
• Familiarity with DataPrep, BigQuery, Looker, Tableau and Google solutions.
• Previous experience in Supply Chain or Operations areas, such as Logistics or Procurement.
• Focus on connecting business results and strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability in storytelling and structuring results.

• Manage and explore opportunities for automation and usability (UX) of metrics and tools.
• Analyze the backlog of improvements, identifying opportunities and synergies across different projects.
