Enova International in São Paulo is seeking a Data Analytics Intern to join its Business team. The intern will assist analysts in transforming data into insights, support Marketing, Credit, and Collections, and learn key skills in SQL and Python. This role offers hybrid work flexibility with in-office requirements on Tuesdays to Thursdays.

Qualificações

• Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Physics, Economics, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge or strong academic interest in Python or R.
• Curiosity and familiarity with statistics concepts.

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Data Analytics Intern to join our Business team. Your mission will be to learn and assist our analysts in transforming data into insights, supporting areas such as Marketing, Credit, and Collections. We are seeking someone passionate about data, eager to learn and develop skills in SQL, Excel, and Python, while collaborating with different teams to generate real business impact.

Responsibilities

• Assist in building queries and routine analyses to answer business questions and support the team in areas such as Marketing, Collections, and Credit.
• Support the creation and maintenance of performance dashboards and reports, ensuring they are clear and up-to-date.
• Help document processes, code, and analyses to facilitate teamwork.
• Shadow senior analysts and collaborate with Product, Operations, and Business teams to understand metrics and business goals.
• Explore and learn new tools, techniques, and methodologies under the mentorship of our senior team.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Must be currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Physics, Economics, or related fields.
• Basic knowledge or strong academic interest in Python or R.
• Curiosity and familiarity with statistics concepts.
• Eagerness to learn databases (SQL) and data manipulation.
• Intermediate to Advanced English.
• Proactivity, organization, and a strong eagerness to learn.
• Our hybrid roles require in-office work Tuesday through Thursday, with remote flexibility on Mondays and Fridays.
