Role & Responsibilities

• Establish a data monitoring system for warehousing, including maintaining datasource, building data dashboards, and generating periodic data reports for visualization.
• Monitor the operational health of warehousing, develop frameworks and processes to improve efficiency, and provide optimization suggestions for business processes, labor performance, capacity planning and so on.
• Provide data support for projects, assisting warehouse teams, product teams, and other departments in smooth business operations.
• Support ad‑hoc data tasks to meet business needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related fields.
• At least 5 years of experience in warehousing data analysis.
• Proficient in SQL, data tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), and statistical analysis skills, with a solid understanding of analytical methodologies. Responsible for business‑related data extraction, analysis, and optimization strategies.
• English proficiency for workplace communication; Chinese proficiency is a plus.
• Strong ability to work under pressure and a high sense of responsibility, excellent communication and teamwork skills, independent problem‑solving abilities, and adaptability to various data analysis requirements and scenarios.
