Global Enterprise Partners is currently looking for an experienced Scrum Master to join a large FMCG organization. As Scrum Master, you will support data teams deliver impactful analytics products. You'll facilitate agile ceremonies, coach teams, remove blockers and ensure alignment with stakeholders all while supporting the development of high-quality data solutions.

Requirements Scrum Master Role

• Experience in project/product development
• Experience in Agile teams (Scrum/Kanban)
• Strong Azure DevOps experience
• Analytics foundation - knowledgeable in both operations research and the data science domain
• Preferred: Certification in CSM, SAFe Scrum Master, or PMI Agile Scrum
• Fluent in English, with strong facilitation and coaching skills
