Role

We're looking for a Customer Support Specialist with strong English skills (C1+) for a full-time remote role. Our client is a fashion e-commerce brand (clothing & accessories) targeting the U.S. market, based in Dubai.

Schedule
  • 5 working days per week, rotating days off
  • Shifts between 08:00 - 16:00 CAT
Responsibilities
  • Communicating with customers via chat, email, and calls
  • Handling order‑related inquiries, returns, and delivery issues
  • Making cold calls to customers who left negative feedback
  • Daily reporting on tasks, creating and managing invoices
  • Maintaining CRM records (Zoho)
  • Following internal KPIs and quality standards
Qualifications
  • 1+ year of customer support or related experience (e.g., e‑commerce, Instagram shop management, B2B)
  • English at C1 level or higher
  • Experience with Zoho or similar CRM is a plus
  • Responsible, detail‑oriented, and organized
