What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Schedule and provide training on Clinical Trials Management System (CTMS) for new and existing customers
  • Deliver timely customer service and technical support to current and prospective customers
  • Conduct system reviews and offer suggestions to enhance the utilization of the software solutions
  • Respond to customer inquiries via email and phone, creating tickets for issues requiring further research
  • Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures regarding the HIPAA Privacy Rule
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Minimum of 2 years of Customer Support experience
  • At least 6 months of training experience
  • High School diploma
  • Experience in the Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) industry
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work cross-functionally
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Minimum of one year of experience in the medical or clinical research industry
  • 1 year of sales experience
