Job description

Introduction

As a Customer Support Officer within LittleBig Connection, you will be at the heart of our global support operations, ensuring our clients and partners experience seamless interactions with our digital platform. You will join an international team dedicated to delivering innovative solutions and exceptional service in the fast-evolving world of work.

Your LittleBig Responsibilities
  • Become the platform expert and serve as the primary point of contact for a wide range of customer users globally.
  • Assist platform users daily via chat, email, or phone, handling both level 1 and level 2 requests.
  • Collaborate internally with business, IT, and finance teams to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Train client staff and selected partners to use our services and platform through webinars, individual training sessions, and ongoing support.
  • Contribute to the improvement of our technical platform and services.
  • Gather and escalated common assistance requests to the product development team to drive platform enhancements.
  • Support the account management strategy by analyzing received requests and customer habits.
  • Handle first-level supplier queries related to invoices, payments, and credit notes.
Your profile
  • Graduate in Communication, Management, IT, Business, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in Customer Service or Support, with a strong interest in digital products and the digital industry.
  • Prior experience in support and customer success, especially with digital products or services, is a strong advantage.
  • Ability to tackle complexity and pay close attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills: clear, innovative, customer-oriented, proactive, and responsive.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Curiosity and eagerness to learn the functionalities of a SaaS product from scratch.
  • Fluency in Portuguese and English, both spoken and written; proficiency in a third language is a plus.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team, while also being autonomous and self-driven.
