A media and marketing agency is looking for a Client Success Manager to manage client accounts and ensure their performance. Responsibilities include checking client Meta Ads daily, launching new campaigns, and creating reports. The ideal candidate has experience with Meta Ads and is familiar with CRM tools like GoHighLevel. This part-time role offers flexible hours and a starting pay of $500 a month. We're looking for a Client Success Manager to help keep our client accounts organized, updated, and performing.

Responsibilities

• Check client Meta Ads daily and input performance data
• Set up and launch new campaigns, ad sets, and ads
• Create simple client reports twice a month
• Keep tabs on deliverables and communicate with our editors, VA, and me

Qualifications

• Experience managing Meta Ads (required)
• Previous agency experience (preferred)
• Familiar with GoHighLevel or similar CRM tools
• Bonus : automation experience (Zapier, Notion, Sheets, etc.)
• Detail-oriented, responsive, and proactive communicator

Pay & Hours

• Pay: $500 / month part-time to start
• Hours: Flexible, ideally overlap with Pacific Time (Vegas)
