Client Success Manager (Part-Time / Remote)

I run a small media and marketing agency that films, edits, and launches video ad campaigns for local service businesses.

We’re looking for a Client Success Manager to help keep our client accounts organized, updated, and performing.

What you’ll do

• ✅ Check client Meta Ads daily and input performance data
• Set up and launch new campaigns, ad sets, and ads
• Create simple client reports twice a month
• Keep tabs on deliverables and communicate with our editors, VA, and me

What we’re looking for

• Experience managing Meta Ads (required)
• Previous agency experience (preferred)
• Familiar with GoHighLevel or similar CRM tools
• Bonus: automation experience (Zapier, Notion, Sheets, etc.)
• Detail-oriented, responsive, and proactive communicator

Pay

$500 / month part-time to start

Hours

Flexible, ideally overlap with Pacific Time (Vegas)
