About the role

As a Customer Success Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing multiple client accounts, helping them grow their revenue, and ensuring they receive excellent service and support. Your day‑to‑day will involve regular communication with clients, problem‑solving, and building strong professional relationships. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing a portfolio of accounts
  • Building and maintaining strong, long‑term client relationships
  • Identifying growth opportunities and helping clients increase revenue
  • Handling day‑to‑day communications with professionalism and care
  • Keeping systems up to date
  • Working on other projects as assigned
  • Performing other related client success manager duties as assigned
Key qualifications and skills
  • 3+ years of experience in customer service, account management, or customer success management
  • Bilingual in English (spoken and written)
  • Comfortable working Monday to Friday, Central Standard Time hours
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
  • Proactive and eager to learn
  • Strong organizational and time‑management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
