What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Drive adoption of the Convr platform to help customers achieve their business objectives
  • Own customer communication to ensure a streamlined customer experience
  • Craft and present strategic solutions based on the Convr platform and insurance practices
  • Identify growth opportunities related to additional platform functionalities or services
  • Collaborate with internal teams to represent customer feedback in product and strategic decisions
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Customer Success and/or Professional Services in the Insurtech or Underwriting space
  • Experience using Salesforce, Zendesk, and Jira
  • Deep knowledge of commercial P&C insurance products, services, and processes
  • Demonstrated ability to understand how technology enables customer business objectives
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university or proven experience
