Client Success Manager (Part-Time / Remote)

I run a small media and marketing agency that films, edits, and launches video ad campaigns for local service businesses.

Responsibilities

• Check client Meta Ads daily and input performance data.
• Set up and launch new campaigns, ad sets, and ads.
• Create simple client reports twice a month.
• Keep tabs on deliverables and communicate with our editors, VA, and me.

Qualifications

• Experience managing Meta Ads (required).
• Previous agency experience (preferred).
• Familiarity with GoHighLevel or similar CRM tools.
• Bonus: automation experience (Zapier, Notion, Sheets, etc.).
• Detail-oriented, responsive, and proactive communicator.

Compensation

$500 / month part-time to start.

Hours

Flexible, ideally overlap with Pacific Time (Vegas).
