We are revolutionizing the online ad‑serving industry for advertisers, publishers, and networks alike and are seeking to recruit a Customer Success Manager for our Barcelona office.

Role

Working within the ExoClick Customer Services department, you will have the responsibility for providing our clients with the highest level of client service. Additionally, you will have targets to meet in generating additional client revenues through sharing product knowledge and upselling.

The Client Care team works 24/7 providing assistance to all our clients around the globe, through Emails and/or Live Chat, in a fast‑paced energetic environment. The role will involve challenging problem solving and requires logical and technically minded applicants.

Responsibilities
  • Point of contact for client communication via Email/Ticket & Live Chat
  • Help clients working with the ExoClick platform, ensuring internal procedures are followed and maintaining consistently high standards of work.
  • Taking ownership of unresolved issues and following them through to the customer’s complete satisfaction.
  • Troubleshoot 1st level technical issues for internal products
  • Manage workflows/reports to agreed KPIs
  • Identify business opportunities for revenue growth and work closely with our Sales department
Essential Requirements
  • Previous customer service experience (Minimum 2 years)
  • Bachelor degree or equivalent. Degree in languages highly valued.
  • You are fluent in/or native English
  • Strong oral and written communication
  • Multi‑tasking abilities and good time management skills.
  • Analytical skills.
  • Demonstrate initiative and proactivity
  • Flexibility in working hours to meet business needs
  • Proficient with PC based software and browsers
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Ability to adapt to changes in processes and platform development
  • Comfortable with all types of Adult content websites
Desirable skills
  • Sales experience with online advertising/publishing
  • Technical knowledge especially working with HTML, JAVASCRIPT, proxies etc.
  • Knowledge of website construction and/or online advertising
  • Fluent 2nd language written especially Russian/Chinese/French/Italian or Spanish
