A leading scientific solutions company is seeking an independent Customer Success & Business Development Consultant based in Brazil. This role involves supporting CAS users, driving business development, and maintaining client relationships across Latin America. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of relevant experience, fluency in English and Portuguese, and strong skills in CRM systems and solution-based sales. This is a consulting position requiring up to 20% travel within Brazil and across Latin America.

CAS is seeking an independent consultant to support delivering services that combine customer success expertise with business development activities, focusing on consultative engagement, solution-oriented selling, and collaborative account management.
This is an independent consulting engagement. The consultant will be responsible for all taxes, insurance, and business expenses. Duration, deliverables, and compensation will be agreed upon in the consulting contract.
