Job Title : Customer Service Specialist
Pay Rate LinkedIn style :
Part-Time Monthly Rates : $840-$1,400 (based on 20 hours per week schedule)
Full-Time Monthly Rates : $1,680-$2,800 (based on 40 hours per week schedule)
The monthly salary range posted is stipulated as an average monthly income. However, all jobs at Virtual Latinos are hourly-based, and payments are calculated on the number of hours a person works daily. We pay our Virtual Professionals every 2 weeks through third-party platforms. The hourly rate range of the position is $10,5 - $17,5 depending on experience. Once a rate has been offered to you, it is non-negotiable.
The work schedule will vary depending on the job position that you will apply for as it will be based on the schedule requested by the client. All our clients are in the U.S. and work schedules will be in the U.S. time zone.
The Customer Service Specialist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support, resolving inquiries and complaints, managing customer accounts, and ensuring a positive customer experience across all communication channels.
