This is an inbound‑focused role where you'll speak with customers, solve problems with empathy, and create an exceptional experience that encourages them to leave a positive Google review.

Customers can sometimes be challenging, so we need someone patient, professional, and confident on the phone. You'll be joining an already successful team of 20+ people on this account, with an amazing work culture, strong support, and a clear path for growth and promotion.
