About the Role
Elite Virtual Assistance (EVA) is hiring a Customer Service Representative in Brazil to support a high‑volume U.S. insurance agency. This role covers a diverse range of needs, from standard Auto and Home insurance to complex Commercial Insurance for businesses.

It is an operations and service‑focused role where you will be the backbone of the agency. You will gather sensitive information, process policy changes, and handle billing with absolute precision. Whether you are helping a family with their home insurance or a business owner with their commercial policy, you will provide professional, empathetic service that earns 5‑star Google reviews.

Key Responsibilities
  • Bilingual Support: Handle communication and documentation in both Spanish and English to serve a diverse client base.
  • Precision Data Entry: Gather detailed information for Personal and Commercial insurance applications with a "zero‑error" mindset.
  • Policy Servicing: Process billing tasks, renewals, and policy endorsements (changes) accurately within the agency management system.
  • Exceptional Service: Answer inbound inquiries with empathy and professionalism, turning complex insurance questions into positive customer experiences.
  • Growth Support: Assist with quoting renewals and identifying opportunities for sales development to help the agency scale.
  • Documentation: Record every interaction clearly and accurately in the CRM—detail orientation is the most critical part of this role.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Language Fluency: Must be fluent in Spanish and have advanced English (written and spoken).
  • Attention to Detail: A natural ability to manage complex data without making mistakes.
  • Customer Service Excellence: Experience in call centers or U.S.-based accounts is preferred.
  • Fast Learner: Ability to grasp complex Commercial Insurance concepts (prior insurance experience is not required); we will train you!
  • Tech Savvy: Comfortable navigating multiple software platforms and high-volume workflows.
