What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design and execute customer journeys to enhance adoption of the Zio Service
- Create and lead end-to-end customer experience strategies informed by insights and best practices
- Collaborate with key stakeholders within large health systems to optimize cardiac monitoring programs
- Prioritize work that aligns with iRhythm's business goals and performance metrics
- Analyze data to provide actionable insights for both sales partners and customers
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred
- Minimum of 6 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree or 4 years with a Master’s degree
- Experience in device or clinical sales with large health systems in a consultative capacity preferred
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to travel up to 50%

- Experience in healthcare process improvement or cardiovascular leadership
- Ability to influence across teams and quickly build trust with partners and customers
- Proficiency with Salesforce and Microsoft Office tools, including Visio
- Demonstrated adaptability and strong performance in complex environments
