What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Design and execute customer journeys to enhance adoption of the Zio Service
  • Create and lead end-to-end customer experience strategies informed by insights and best practices

  • Prioritize work that aligns with iRhythm's business goals and performance metrics
  • Analyze data to provide actionable insights for both sales partners and customers
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred
  • Minimum of 6 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree or 4 years with a Master’s degree
  • Experience in device or clinical sales with large health systems in a consultative capacity preferred
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to travel up to 50%
