A renewable energy company is looking for a Country Sales Manager in Rio Grande do Norte. The role involves developing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, and providing technical solutions in the energy sector. Requisitos:

Job description : Develop and execute sales strategies based on the market demand of the country and region, formulate and implement sales strategies, promote the market development and project implementation of utility-scale BESS products, and achieve the sales targets and payment collection set by the company.

Manage and expand customer relationships by identifying, following up with, and closing potential clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Provide technical and business solution support by having an in-depth understanding of utility-scale BESS business solutions, working closely with the technical team to offer customized solutions for clients.

Research and understand grid policies and regulations in research on national and regional power grid policies, regulations and market trends, to ensure that products and solutions comply with local laws and standards.

Conduct market analysis and reporting on market trends, competitors, and customer needs, providing regular sales progress and market analysis reports to the company.

Team collaboration and training : Assist in building the team in the international market and provide relevant training and support to team members.

Job requirements :

  • Educational background: Bachelor’s degree or higher, major not limited, power systems, energy management, or a related field.
  • Work experience: More than 5 years of working experience in new energy storage or photovoltaic and wind power development, working experience in Chinese enterprises is preferred, and able to adapt to international business trips.
  • Policy knowledge: Familiar with the national and regional power grid policies, energy regulations and market trends, able to adjust sales strategies according to policy changes.
  • Technical background: Possesses a background in power systems and energy storage technologies, with the ability to understand and explain both technical and business solutions to clients.
  • Communication and negotiation skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and team members.
  • Language skills: Fluent in English, capable of conducting technical and business negotiations. Proficiency in Chinese is a plus.
