What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with the acquisitions team on site due diligence and project feasibility
- Coordinate closely with operations and sales teams to ensure project alignment with customer preferences
- Manage project teams throughout all stages of design and construction
- Prepare and update development and construction cash flow budgets
- Facilitate project meetings and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related discipline
- Minimum of 4 years of construction experience, preferably with a general contractor on large‑scale projects
- At least 2 years of experience leading and developing teams
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- AIA, CM certification, and/or LEED professional certification
- Proven track record of successfully managing projects from start to finish
- Experience in developing and negotiating relationships with owners and trade contractors
- Self‑starter with the ability to work independently on varied real estate development projects
- Familiarity with MS Project, Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint at an intermediate to advanced level
