What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Collaborate with the acquisitions team on site due diligence and project feasibility
  • Coordinate closely with operations and sales teams to ensure project alignment with customer preferences
  • Manage project teams throughout all stages of design and construction
  • Prepare and update development and construction cash flow budgets
  • Facilitate project meetings and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related discipline
  • Minimum of 4 years of construction experience, preferably with a general contractor on large‑scale projects
  • At least 2 years of experience leading and developing teams
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • AIA, CM certification, and/or LEED professional certification
  • Proven track record of successfully managing projects from start to finish
  • Experience in developing and negotiating relationships with owners and trade contractors
  • Self‑starter with the ability to work independently on varied real estate development projects
  • Familiarity with MS Project, Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint at an intermediate to advanced level
