Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, business or economics.
• Mid-to-senior controllership experience.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, budget monitoring and variance analysis.
• Knowledge of cost structures and P&L (DRE) analysis.
• Advanced Excel (formulas, pivot tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, dashboards).
• Experience preparing management analyses and executive presentations.
• Experience with ERP systems.
• Analytical, organized and able to prioritize effectively.
• Discretion and maturity to handle confidential information.

Responsabilidades

Job Responsibilities

• Structure and analyze account classifications, cost centers, internal orders and allocations to ensure correct allocation and to assess the performance of activities and areas;
• Critically structure and analyze economic and financial information and reports based on accounting and management data;
• Develop and monitor group KPIs and targets;
• Prepare and provide relevant, structured information to support decision‑making by Managers and Directors and contribute to those deliberations;
• Support the preparation of the Budget;
• Prepare and participate in performance and results review meetings.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics or related field.
• Solid experience in Controllership at Mid to Senior level.
• Experience with corporate budgeting, forecasting, budget monitoring and variance analysis.
• Knowledge of cost structures and P&L (DRE) analysis.
• Advanced Excel (proficient with formulas, pivot tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, dashboards and handling large datasets).
• Experience preparing management analyses and executive presentations.
• Experience with ERP systems.
• Analytical, organized and able to prioritize effectively.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Discretion and maturity to handle strategic and confidential information.
