Qualificações

• Complete Higher Degree, preferably in Accounting, Economic Sciences, or Administration.

Controller Assistant Opportunity

We currently have an open opportunity for a Controller Assistant based in our Gravataí / RS location.

Primary Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate the accounting and fiscal closing schedule of the plant
• Perform the monthly reconciliation of the Balance Sheet
• Lead the Tax team
• Support the Plant Controller in the demands for approval of expenses and payments
• Control plant expenses using cost optimization management tools
• Support the analysis of results and costing of materials
• Support in the financial statement preparation activities
• Meet and support external audits
• Monitor engineering changes linked to changes in the product structure and production line
• Audit internal policies and procedures
• Mediator of the finance area together with the demands with the other areas

Expectations

• Interface with all areas of the company, involving account management - Operations, Maintenance, Logistics, Quality and Human Resources
• Lead the team with respect, motivating the search for results and deliveries
• Agility in decision-making and flexibility, controlling risks inherent to your area.
• Understand Android operations (sequencing / subassembly, sending and receiving)
• Interface with Android factory contacts, daily, in relation to any problems

Qualifications and Experience

• Complete Higher Degree, in the Financial area : Accounting, Economic Sciences, Administration
• Postgraduate studies in related areas
• Knowledge and experience of acting in the Accounting and Tax area
• Advanced English
• Experience in Leadership of Operational Teams
• Skills in Office tools (Knowledge in Power BI will be a differential)
• Sense of urgency, Focus on customer service
• Desirable :
• Experience in the Automotive Industry
• Knowledge in PAFExperiência na Indústria Automobilística
