IQVIA Argentina is seeking a contract specialist in São Paulo to prepare and maintain client contracts and to work closely with project teams to ensure compliant terms and budgets.

You will act as the primary client interface on small to mid-size projects, coordinate contract changes, and support senior team members on larger initiatives within a global IQVIA team. Fluency in English, strong communication and negotiation skills, and ability to build lasting customer relationships are essential.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Life Science or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of direct experience in contracts or equivalent.
• Strong PM and negotiation skills with ability to collaborate across teams.
• Fluency in English, written and verbal, as part of a Global team.
• Ability to build strong customer relationships.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
• Knowledge of CRO, Pharmaceutical or related industry is a plus.

Job Overview

Prepares and maintains client contracts.

Essential Functions

• Working closely with project teams to determine appropriate terms and conditions of contracts
• Negotiating, developing and revising contracts, related budgets and scope of work
• Ensuring the scope of work is defined correctly, budgets reflect the scope, and any changes are integrated into the main study contract efficiently and accurately
• Acting as primary customer interface on small to mid-size projects and supporting senior team members on medium to large projects
• Project managing the contracting process, ensuring timely execution of contracts

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree Degree in Life Science, Business Management or related field
• A minimum of 1 year's direct experience in contracts or equivalent combination of education, training and experience
• As a strong project manager and negotiator, you will need to be comfortable collaborating and communicating with a variety of colleagues and customers.
• Fluency in English written and verbal communication skills (this role is part of a Global team)
• Ability to build strong customer relationship
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word
• Knowledge of CRO, Pharmaceutical or related industry will be a plus
