What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

• Serve as a subject matter expert for the Contractor Connect (Simplify VMS) application, supporting functionality, processes, and integration efforts
• Implement and integrate business and technical processes for the Assured Partners project, ensuring system efficiency and compliance
• Coordinate with stakeholders and technical teams to define project scope, strategy, and deliverables, ensuring smooth execution
• Support system enhancements and application configuration, working with third-party vendors to implement SaaS solutions
• Ensure compliance with IT policies, including evaluating SOC reports and enforcing user management standards

What is Required (Qualifications):

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years working with Simplify VMS, SAP Fieldglass, Beeline, or similar Vendor Management Systems
• Hands‑on experience with application configuration, design, and integration of SaaS solutions
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle, project management methodologies, and compliance processes including SOC report evaluation

• Experience with additional Vendor Management Systems beyond those listed
• Familiarity with IT compliance standards and best practices
• Proven track record of successful project management in a similar role
