Jobtailor seeks a qualified in-house corporate attorney with Brazilian Bar Association (OAB) active. The role focuses on drafting and negotiating contracts, providing advisory services on corporate matters and personal data protection, and maintaining policy-aligned templates.

Experience in contract law within corporate in-house teams is required, with specialization in contract or corporate law preferred. English proficiency is expected at an intermediate level.

Qualificações

Responsabilidades

• Negotiate, draft and review contracts of varying types with clients and partners domestically and internationally.
• Provide advisory services on contracts, data protection, and general corporate matters.
• Prepare comments, analyses, legal opinions and recommendations aligned with company needs and policies.
• Draft and review powers of attorney.
• Work on personal data protection matters with the Privacy team.
• Maintain tracking spreadsheets for daily requests with internal teams and external law firms.
• Maintain controls such as debt confession, contract registers, and third-party firm controls.
• Assist in reviewing the company’s standard templates and suggest revisions per updates and policies.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate, draft and review contracts of various types with low to medium complexity, with clients, suppliers and business partners both domestically and internationally.
• Provide advisory services focused on contracts, aeronautical assets, personal data protection and general corporate matters.
• Prepare comments, analyses, legal opinions and recommendations in line with the company’s needs and policies.
• Draft and review powers of attorney.
• Work on personal data protection matters together with the Privacy team.
• Maintain tracking spreadsheets for daily requests with the internal team and external law firms.
• Maintain various controls such as confession of debt, key issues/contracts registers, third-party law firm controls, among others.
• Assist the internal team in reviewing the company’s standard templates, suggesting revisions as needed according to applicable legislative updates and the company’s internal policies.

Requirements

• Completed law degree with active membership in the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB).
• Minimum intermediate level of English.
• Experience in contract law within in-house legal departments.
• Prior experience with personal data protection matters is desirable.
• Specialization in contract or corporate law.
