What you'll do:

As our Content Manager, you’ll be responsible for driving our regional content strategy from planning to execution. This includes managing our editorial calendar, optimizing performance across key channels, and ensuring alignment with business goals. You’ll work cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Growth, and Sales to create high-impact content that supports inbound acquisition, ABM campaigns, and customer education.

This is a hands-on and strategic role, ideal for someone who combines editorial excellence, technical affinity, and a performance mindset.


Responsibilities
  • Own and manage the content calendar for Brazil across blogs, landing pages, partner media, newsletters, and outbound campaigns.
  • Develop and maintain a consistent pipeline of high-performing content assets that support the full funnel: awareness, education, and conversion.
  • Lead localization and adaptation of content created by the US and MX teams, ensuring cultural and technical relevance.
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing and Sales to produce BOFU assets such as comparison pages, customer case studies, and playbooks.
  • Support ABM and demand generation initiatives with tailored content aligned with target accounts.
  • Track and analyze content performance metrics to inform future production and optimization.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external writers or partners to scale output without losing quality.
  • Partner with the SEO team to ensure all content supports our growth strategy and aligns with keyword opportunities.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience managing B2B content, ideally in SaaS or industrial technology
  • Proven ability to lead editorial planning and coordinate content workflows across multiple teams
  • Strong writing and editing skills, especially in simplifying technical topics
  • Experience with SEO tools (e.g. Semrush, Ahrefs) and CMS platforms
  • Data-driven mindset, with experience measuring content impact on traffic, leads, and pipeline
  • Highly autonomous, organized, and deadline-driven
  • Advanced English
