Based in Singapore with operations across the globe, we focus on US, UK and Canada university admissions, boarding school preparation and pre‑high school development services. In addition to college counseling, we offer transformative programs such as AddedNova (our research cell), Public Speaking (confident communication training) and the Book Club (critical reading and analytical skills).
Responsibilities
- Own and shape the content strategy for all counseling and non‑counseling services, ensuring consistent messaging, positioning, and engagement across products and markets.
- Build product‑ and geography‑specific storytelling frameworks that consider cultural context, audience behavior and platform nuances.
- Develop and implement campaign ideas around launches, student success stories, mentor highlights and key brand moments.
- Maintain and evolve a brand voice that is aspirational, approachable and globally relevant.
- Create and manage content calendars across social media, blogs, newsletters, email campaigns and website pages.
- Write, edit and optimize high‑quality content – from long‑form thought leadership pieces to short‑form videos, social posts and emails.
- Interview mentors, coaches and students to generate authentic stories and testimonials.
- Collaborate with design, performance and marketing teams to produce creative assets that drive awareness, engagement and conversions.
- Apply SEO best practices and track performance metrics to refine strategies and maximize content impact.
- Leverage audience insights and analytics to determine effective content by geography and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Analyze performance across multiple markets and platforms to optimize campaigns and improve engagement.
- Continuously experiment with formats, messaging and channels to stay ahead in global education marketing.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 4–7 years of experience in content marketing, digital storytelling or brand communications, ideally with exposure to education, youth brands, lifestyle or multi‑product B2C services.
- Proven ability to define and execute content strategy across multiple products and geographies.
- Strong editorial and storytelling skills – able to translate product features into inspiring stories.
- Experience with CMS, creative tools, SEO and analytics platforms (e.g., WordPress, HubSpot, Canva, Google Analytics).
- Data‑driven mindset with a clear understanding of geo‑specific content and audience segmentation.
- Visionary yet hands‑on – capable of leading strategy while executing campaigns end‑to‑end.
- Collaborative approach, working with marketing, design, counselors and leadership teams across time zones.
