Podcast Production Role

This is an opportunity to lead a full-production workflow of an unfiltered podcast series.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing guest communication, scheduling, episode preparation, editorial coordination, and project management.

Guest Communication & Outreach : Manage initial contact with guests through post-episode follow-up.

Episode Planning & Production : Prepare detailed episode briefs and host prep sheets, review raw audio / video, and provide clear edit notes.

Editing Coordination : Send editors concise cut notes and ensure quality before publishing.

Publishing & Show Management : Write engaging show notes, descriptions, summaries, and timestamps.

Key Responsibilities : Manage Guest Interactions : Establish and maintain relationships with guests throughout the production process.

Coordinate Editorial Workflows : Ensure timely delivery of high-quality episodes by coordinating with editors and other team members.

Develop Content Strategies : Plan and implement content strategies that meet the needs of the podcast audience.
