You will engage in financial process analysis and support within the SAP FI module, ensuring effective solution delivery while working in a hybrid environment. About the Role

In this role, you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.

Your Role & Responsibilities

As a SAP Consultant, you will serve as a client‑facing practitioner working collaboratively with clients to deliver high‑quality solutions and be a trusted business advisor with deep understanding of SAP Accelerate delivery methodology and associated work products.

You will work on projects that assist clients in integrating strategy, process, technology, and information to enhance effectiveness, reduce costs, and improve profit and shareholder value. Opportunities exist to acquire new skills, work across disciplines, and develop a comprehensive understanding of various industries.

• Strategic SAP Solution Focus: Working across technical design, development, and implementation of SAP solutions for simplicity, amplification, and maintainability that meet client needs.
• Comprehensive Solution Delivery: Involvement in strategy development and solution implementation, leveraging your knowledge of SAP and working with the latest technologies.
• AMS support in the SAP FI module, including incident analysis and resolution.
• Monitor financial processes such as Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), Assets, and Bank Accounting.
• Perform adjustments, corrections, and parameter configurations in FI.
• Conduct root cause analysis and propose continuous improvement actions.
• Ensure integration with related modules such as MM, SD, CO, and other accounting areas.
• Support end‑users and analyze support tickets.
• Prepare functional and technical documentation.
• Participate in global meetings using advanced English.

Education & Experience

• Required education: Associate’s Degree / College Diploma.
• Required experience: Initial experience in the SAP FI module, especially in support, ticket analysis, and incident follow‑up.
• Basic understanding of AP, AR, GL, and Asset Accounting (AA) processes.
• Preferred exposure to S/4HANA.
• Advanced to fluent English for communication with global teams, documentation reading, and meeting participation.
