EagleBurgmann do Brasil Vedacoes Ltda. seeks a Consultant & Developer Datasul TOTVS to support ERP across South America, provide functional and technical assistance, and develop minor customizations with Progress 4GL.

The role involves integrating Datasul with internal and third-party systems, gathering requirements, testing, and supporting change management. Proactive documentation and cooperation with regional teams are essential.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in information systems or related field.
• Intermediate English and/or Spanish; capable of supporting users and meetings.
• Extensive experience with TOTVS Datasul (EMS2/EMS5) and multi-module support.
• Knowledge of TOTVS Foundation, Progress OpenEdge and Progress Database.
• Experience gathering requirements and mapping processes to system solutions.
• Experience supporting integrations via WebServices and APIs.
• Background in user support, incident management, version control, and documentation.

Responsabilidades

• Provide ERP-related support across South America, aligning with best practices.
• Offer functional and technical support for TOTVS Datasul users.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, configure, and resolve ERP issues.
• Gather business requirements and propose ERP-based solutions.
• Develop and maintain low- to mid-complexity customizations using Progress 4GL.
• Support and maintain Datasul integrations with internal or third-party systems.
• Execute testing and validation to ensure solution quality and reliability.
• Manage and coordinate support tickets with TOTVS, including analysis and follow-up.
• Support user training and change management across South America.
• Create and maintain technical and functional documentation.
• Participate in ERP projects, system upgrades, digital transformation, and process improvement.
• Monitor system performance, integrations, and information security risks; implement fixes.
• Contribute to IT governance, information security, and best practices.

• Support ERP-related requests across South America, promoting alignment and best practices.
• Provide functional and technical support for TOTVS Datasul users, ensuring business continuity.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, configure, and resolve ERP issues, escalating complex matters when necessary.
• Gather business requirements and propose ERP-based solutions aligned with corporate needs.
• Develop and maintain low- to medium-complexity customizations and enhancements using Progress 4GL.
• Support and maintain integrations between Datasul and internal or third-party systems.
• Execute testing and validation activities to ensure solution quality and reliability.
• Manage and coordinate support tickets with TOTVS, including analysis, testing, and follow-up.
• Support user training and change management initiatives across South America.
• Create and maintain technical and functional documentation in accordance with corporate standards.
• Participate in ERP projects, system upgrades, digital transformation, and process improvement initiatives.
• Monitor system performance, integrations, and information security risks, implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Contribute to IT governance, compliance, information security, and development best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Systems Analysis and Development, Information Technology, or related fields.
• Intermediate English and/or Spanish (preferred), with the ability to support users, participate in meetings, prepare documentation, and interact with regional and global teams.
• Strong experience with TOTVS Datasul (EMS2/EMS5), including system configuration, user support, maintenance, and functional expertise across multiple business modules.
• Knowledge of TOTVS Foundation, Progress OpenEdge (Progress 4GL), and Progress Database.
• Experience gathering and analyzing business requirements, mapping processes, and proposing system solutions aligned with business needs.
• Experience supporting and maintaining integrations through WebServices, APIs, and related technologies.
• Proven background in user support, incident management, version control, and technical/functional documentation.
