RemoteVA PH is seeking a Construction Software Implementation Specialist to join our growing team.

This role focuses on configuring, customizing, and optimizing construction project management software to support our internal operations and ensure smooth project execution.

If you are detail-oriented, tech‑savvy, and have a strong understanding of construction workflows, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities
  • Configure and customize construction software platforms (e.g., Buildertrend, JobTread)
  • Import and organize vendor data, cost codes, budgets, and documentation
  • Create standardized templates for estimates, budgets, schedules, and reports
  • Build and refine internal workflows aligned with project processes
  • Organize and integrate digital project files within the system
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure software reflects real‑world execution
  • Maintain internal documentation and user guides for best practices
Qualifications
  • At least 1 year of hands‑on experience with construction software setup/configuration
  • Proficiency in Excel and data organization
  • Strong understanding of construction workflows (estimating, bidding, scheduling, subcontracting)
  • Comfortable working in a non‑client‑facing role
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Bonus: SOP creation, automation tools (Zapier/Make), knowledge of Asana/ClickUp/Trello, basic API or CSV manipulation
