The Connected Commerce Platform Manager reports for Global Integrated Marketing Capabilities – part of Digital Marketing and Sales - and will drive the identification, evaluation, and implementation of innovative ecommerce solutions—including social commerce, live commerce, and emerging digital retail models—across Kimberly-Clark’s Global Growth Organization and Segments.

This role will be responsible for tracking new technologies, building strategic partnerships, and leading Joint Business Plans (JBPs) with key partners. The position will play a pivotal role in integrating insights and reporting frameworks to enable global tracking and performance measurement, while fostering collaboration across segments and high stakeholder levels.

Responsibilities
  • Innovation & Technology Scouting: Identify, evaluate, and recommend cutting-edge ecommerce solutions (social commerce, live commerce, etc.) that align with Kimberly-Clark’s growth and consumer.

  • Strategic Partnerships: Lead the development and management of JBPs with global and regional ecommerce partners, ensuring alignment with business objectives and maximizing value delivery.

  • Insights & Reporting: Design and implement global trackers and reporting systems to monitor ecommerce performance, consumer engagement, and technology adoption. Leverage data-driven insights to inform strategy and optimize outcomes.

  • Cross-Segment Collaboration: Act as a connector between marketing, sales, digital, and consumer capabilities teams, facilitating knowledge sharing and joint initiatives across segments and geographies.

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, from executive leadership to operational teams, to drive buy-in and ensure successful execution of ecommerce initiatives.

  • Market Development: Support the deployment of the Market Development Model and other frameworks to identify growth opportunities and drive category leadership through innovative commerce solutions.

  • Minimum 8–10 years in ecommerce, digital marketing, or related fields, with proven experience in a global or multi-market context.

  • Capability Building: Contribute to the ongoing education and upskilling of teams on ecommerce trends, technologies, and best practices, in line with Kimberly-Clark’s global learning programs and priorities.

  • Deep understanding of ecommerce ecosystems, including social commerce, live commerce, and omnichannel retail models.

  • Expertise in digital marketing, consumer engagement, and insights-driven innovation.

  • Familiarity with global market trends, technology platforms, and partnership models in the ecommerce space.

  • Demonstrated success in leading strategic partnerships and JBPs (Joint Business Project) with major ecommerce platforms or technology partners.

  • Track record of implementing innovative solutions and driving measurable business impact.
