What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support day-to-day operations of the Compliance and Privacy Program
- Coordinate conflicts of interest disclosure processes and manage policy documentation
- Assist in corporate compliance training activities and maintain evidence of participation
- Monitor communication channels and respond to inquiries related to compliance
- Support corporate compliance audits and assist with legal document organization
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent demonstrated work experience in business, healthcare, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in compliance
- Direct experience with health insurance payors, providers, or health systems
- Relevant certifications such as CHC or CHPC are preferred
