What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

• Create cohesive and engaging graphic designs for both digital and print platforms
• Develop and implement on-page SEO strategies to enhance website visibility

• Maintain and grow expertise in digital marketing channels, including SEO metrics and website performance
• Train and assist staff in integrating visual branding into their communications

What is Required (Qualifications):

• Bachelor's degree in communications, visual arts, computer science, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in graphic design and digital marketing
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Solid understanding of SEO principles and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush)
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

• Understanding of web accessibility standards (WCAG)
• Experience with motion graphics or video editing (e.g., After Effects, Premiere)
• Knowledge of issues in invertebrate conservation and experience creating scientifically accurate content
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS and UX/UI principles
• Experience creating and managing Google Ads campaigns
