We are looking for a strong Corporate Communications Manager who is a seasoned communications strategist responsible for shaping, managing, and elevating the communications of the leaders and SMEs in our organization to amplify our voice and build a strong platform for thought leadership across the company. The individual will also be in charge of corporate communications for Tetra Laval.
This role demands exceptional stakeholder management skills, issues and crisis management expertise, editorial judgment, and the ability to advise & support high visibility leaders on complex, high impact communication topics.
This position can be based in Sweden, Arganda del Rey - Spain, Istanbul - Turkey, Hochheim – Germany, Athens – Greece.
Build, lead, and execute a comprehensive executive positioning strategy for the leaders and SMEs, including:
Establish, lead, and evolve a global Speakers’ Bureau as a core driver of future thought leadership, including:
Lead all key Tetra Laval communications and reputation stewardship activities, including: Tetra Laval PR, issues, and crisis management activities.
Drive brand, corporate, and operational communication activities, including annual Tetra Laval Report (content coordination, standards, timelines) and donations program
13–15 years of progressive experience in Corporate Communications, Executive Communications, or Strategic Communications roles.
Proven experience advising and supporting senior executives, or high profile leaders.
Strong background in issues/crisis communications and enterprise-level reputation management.
Experience working across global, matrixed organizations with complex stakeholder networks.
Experience overseeing high-stakes governance and enterprise-wide communications frameworks.
Exceptional writing, storytelling, and messaging abilities tailored for executive audiences.
Polished executive presence with strong influencing and advisory skills.
Expertise in strategic planning, editorial management, and thought leadership development.
Strong judgment and discretion when handling sensitive, confidential information.
Crisis and issues management capability with calm, strategic decision-making.
Strong project and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to connect enterprise-level narratives with market realities.
High level of professionalism, maturity, and accountability.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Political Science, Public Affairs, Journalism, or related disciplines.
A highly experienced, trusted communications advisor with excellent political and organizational acumen.
A strategic storyteller who can simplify complexity and elevate leadership narratives.
Steady under pressure, highly confidential, and able to manage sensitive matters with discretion.
A connector who brings alignment across senior leaders and functional teams.
