Responsibilities
  • Drive sales growth and achieve quarterly targets across European markets through strategic account management
  • Conduct comprehensive market research on silica materials, identifying emerging trends and customer needs
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key enterprise accounts including major FMCG companies
  • Develop new client relationships and expand sales channels through strategic outreach
  • Serve as crucial liaison between China headquarters and European clients, ensuring smooth communication
  • Manage customer visits, product demonstrations, and sampling programs to drive business development
Requirements
  • Able to communicate in Polish and English
  • 3-5 years of proven B2B sales experience in chemical raw materials or related industries
  • Background in chemical sales, particularly silica, or experience serving oral care industry clients
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Chemistry, or related field required
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work independently while coordinating with international teams
