Overview of the role

Betfair is looking for a Commercial Manager to play a critical role in designing, implementing and monitoring the regionalized sports & gaming strategy for Brazil, one of Betfair International's key markets.

Our new Sao Paulo workspace is the perfect place for team collaboration and individual growth.

Responsibilities and Attributions

• What you'll do
• You will manage our bonus budget, build out a full promotions calendar for Sportsbook, Gaming & Exchange verticals.
• Help to compile competitor analysis to ensure our product is competitive in the industry and look to implement campaigns around new product /​game launch.
• Play a key role in analysing data to ensure we are maximizing ROI on our campaigns and optimizing sportsbook performance.
• Bonus Management – Manage our bonus spend, ensuring we are optimising our campaigns to drive ROI and ensure we are spending our bonus efficiently and driving an increase in ARPU
• Campaign Planning – devise promotional calendars to ensure we have our propositions are both competitive within the market & covering all major events e.g. Start of New Serie A season , World Cup etc.
• Commercial Touchpoints – support senior commercial stakeholders as the key touchpoint within the commercial team for inputting priorities across key relevant business functions.e.g. Marketing, Product, Customer operations, Risk and Trading, et etc.
• Commercial Understanding – support tha   analysis and interpretation of performance, growth indicators and competitor golders.marie 
• Working with key commercial leaders to continually identify areas for strategic and operational improvement that support our brazilian business.
