What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Act as the principal liaison between customers and the employer, managing accounts receivable
- Communicate with customers and company leaders regarding collections and billing issues
- Maintain databases of customer information, ensuring accurate payment postings
- Assist in audits with third-party vendors, including financial statement and state sales tax audits
- Participate in the month-end close process and assist with special projects as assigned
What is Required (Qualifications)
- 2-5 years of collections experience
- Customer service experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software
- Experience with Workday is a plus
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
