We’re seeking a Clinical Operations Lead for CenterWell Medical Group who brings energy, creativity, and a bias toward action in transforming healthcare. Reporting directly to the Chief Medical Officer, this role will design, implement, and optimize clinical programs that drive quality, efficiency, and impact.
The ideal candidate is an operational expert and is eager to be on the forefront of healthcare innovation. This role works closely with senior leaders, providers, operations, and technology teams to bring new care models to life—translating strategic vision into daily practice.
They have deep expertise in clinical operations, including understanding the patient and provider experience. They thrive in a fast‑paced environment, enjoy problem‑solving, and are not afraid to roll up their sleeves.

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full‑time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job‑related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc. $115,200 – $158,400 per year. This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
