What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Partner with senior team members to identify opportunities for revenue growth through client engagement
- Consult with clients on tailored engagement strategies and execution plans
- Develop and execute plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets related to member engagement
- Lead initiatives and events to enhance client engagement, both onsite and virtually
- Collaborate cross-functionally with various teams to support client needs and project management
What is Required (Qualifications)
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in client success, marketing, or member experience
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- Proven ability to build relationships and partnerships for business development
- Exceptional communication skills conducive to client outcomes
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to work both collaboratively and independently

- Experience in consumer health technology is ideal
